Good value as we got it in lower price

The choices of food at breakfast are very limited. We also had to call the staff to refill the food. And there was also one morning that the tomato they served was not fresh. It tasted bad already. There was no AC at the reception as well. There was one but not enough to ventilate the whole reception.

Very normal breakfast Very normal / cheap room My room does not have a refrigerator. Room light , did not work. There was only one towel for 2 people in the room ! Location is great but too much traffic in main street near the hotel

The staff were friendly and efficient and I had what I needed from this budget hotel.

I arrived very early due to my flight schedule and they allowed me to check in when I got there around 7:30am. I was very grateful for this as I was really tired. The room was functional and comfortable in a location close to shops, restaurants and Qurum beach. The breakfast on offer was varied and included traditional savory food to set me up with fuel for the day. The wifi connection was strong and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean.

It could have been a bit cleaner, there was a stain on the curtain and some tissue under the bed. I could not always get the shower to run hot and the diverter valve on the shower needs fixing as it wouldn't always hold. However, I had everything I needed and for a budget hotel, it does the job.

almost a home in the city

1. Location is excellent, near big malls and walking distance from all types of restaurant & fast food. 2. Rm. 511, triple occupancy has the appropriate space needed for 3 adults. 3. The room boy is so kind and flooded us with coffee in sachet upon request. 4. Breakfast has all what is needed to start the day. 5. Reception is so kind to hand the gym key for a 7 AM workout. 6. Pool on basement has the water temperature suited for a plunge.

1. The facade of the hotel looks, feels gloomy at night time, too much austerity on lights is bad, even hallways are dark toward the gym pool and rooms. 2. We arrived past 4 PM but room is not yet prepared for 3 adults, I need to call reception for the sofa bed linens, pillow and further request for 3 coffee mugs & glasses. 3. Metered taxi with the white and red colors is NOW available in Muscat with an initial rate of 1.200 OMR (3 USD) and 300 Baiza there after, its funny where the petrol is produced, the fare is high, and make sure tell the taxi driver, La Rosa hotel used to be the Rotana hotel. 4, I don't find the liquid soap attached to bathroom walls hygienic, I still prepared the small bar soaps and shampoo on small container BEST as practice by other hotels.

It´s a nice and clean hotel. Very quiet and well located. Good breakfast and staff attention.

The bathroom and room was fairly clean.

The bathroom and room was fairly clean. The staff in the breakfast and 7th floor cafe were nice. Other than that disaster.

Their receptionist staff are inpolite and rude. Only one man receptionist was nice in the morning shift. The lady and indian at night shift was very rude. Not accomodating at all. Wifi is so slow. The water heater boiler for coffee is super dirty, u have to ask for the slippers not provided in the room automatically. The bed was realy bad, i can feel the spring of the bed and it hurts my back when i sleep. Their shisha is so old in the 7th floor cafe.

There's Indian,Iranian,Chinese hotels 50 mtrs near to the Hotel.Easy to get taxi, better to use Mwasalat taxi mobile application ,same like Uber ,we can monitor the fare.The la carte dinner +buffet breakfast is really worth for the money.Good quality food.Staff's are professional and available 24 hours.It takes only 10-15 minutes to reach the Airport even in the peak time traffic.Better to rent a car from Airport itself if you are looking for more travel.While comparing to Qatar the taxi fare is double even with the Mwasalat mobile App.The Ooredo tourist pack will help you to be connected always it's cheap just 5 Omani riyals 1 hour local / international calls+ 2 GB data +Social apps are under free data plan, it helped in navigation.Shopping is expensive while comparing to Qatar.Same brands/manufactures 20-30% more price in Oman.In summary the Hotel is excellent for the package they are giving while comparing to others.

The swimming pool may hurt your eyes.The chlorine tablets may cause a bloodshot on your eyes.The Ph to be monitored.Not recommended for the children.It needs improvement.

The main important thing that prevents me to cancel the reservation it's one arabic lady ( Moroccan or Tunisian ) from the front office desk she tried to satisfy me & my family to feel comfortable .

AC was not working properly that's why I shifted the bed in a place from the room where I can feel the AC directly to my body . No AC at the corridor and too much hot is there . No shampoo , shower gil, soap .....etc in the bathroom.

Big hotel with 4 car parking only.

Big hotel with 4 car parking only.. The parking not available. This is very bad I had been parked very far away from the hotel location with carried out my bag. Secondly, the bed is really uncomfortable its not stable. Third, the male staff was in-charge very angry and not helpful at all.

boutique hotel with a nice location

I like this hotel because of the quick check-in and check-out. there are many restaurants and shops close to this property. Its an excellent choice for a quick stay since it dose not offer much facility wise.

you might struggle with car parking when staying in this property. Also there is no proper drop in and out for this property which might be quite annoying sometimes specially for families with kids.
